a caricature of everyone's favorite anti-semetic nuclear proliferator, Mahmoud Ahmedinejad. (yes that is spelled correctly) we had to do a caricature of a political figure and i was tired of seeing the same old drawings of Obama over and over again. here he is B.S.ing the UN about what Iran is doing with their nuclear programs.

this is the dinosaur thing as it stands now. i am almost done with it and i am very happy with how it came out. i just need to up the contrast in parts and add some more shading details to stuff once i get back to my room and can use THE TINY BRUSH!!!!!! ( i trimmed the hairs off of an already small brush to make a really small detail brush) i will replace this pic with the finished one once i am done. oh and i definitely need to scan it again the scanner i used was covered with all kinds of smudges and i will now go pester the lab moniter for some windex . . .

OK!!! now im really putting the sketch back in the SKETCH blog. in parlance with the last post i am drawing as many dinosaurs as humanly possible and here are just a few!

I have recently taken a vow that i will draw as many dinosaurs and related prehistoric creatures as humanly possible, whenever possible. so for my last project for portfolio class i am going to do a piece explaining the origin of birds. as any scientist will tell you the answer is obviously, cavemen. im going to revise the dinosaur a bit but he will be the same basic guy. i love dinosaurs!

What good would a sketch blog be if i didn't post any sketch book stuff up!
